All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm EST ship same day. Weekend orders ship Monday. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll reship at no cost.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us immediately via email or Telegram. We can update your address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
What if my package is seized or lost?
We reship lost packages at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. We require a physical street address for all orders. P.O. box orders will be cancelled and refunded.
How will my order appear on tracking?
Your tracking will show a generic sender name and no product information. The package will look like any ordinary parcel.
